Executive Reporting:
Every Monday, a 10-line report goes to the CEO: what progressed, what is blocked, what you decided, and what you are monitoring. In the first 30 days, you will measure the factory's real speed for the first time: from idea validation to product launch. Jira Governance:

You know how to build governance, enforce workflows, and keep a board clean in an environment that changes every week. You have likely been in this situation before: existing systems that no one actually followed, and you found a way to make them respected without becoming the \"office cop.\"
Operational English is mandatory , the dev team is in India and daily communication is required. Experience in performance marketing is not mandatory, but if you have it, you’ll have a three-month head start.
