Network monitoring and analysis Technical Consultant

Air cooled & water-cooled chillers

Digital monitoring infrastructures (sensors, flow, temperature, pressure, Netbotz…)

Support Connected Services Hub agents for remote complex troubleshooting.

Provide expertise to help Analytics team develop scripts, algorithms relevant to facilitate our monitoring of cooling devices (Efficiency improvement & optimization).

Cooling system integration with electrical distribution.

Support R&D, LoB, and offer creation teams during Agile development cycles related to cooling digitalization.

Contribute to provisioning, validation tests and qualification of new offer bricks related to cooling.

Knowledge Management & Content Development

Build & maintain knowledge content for cooling systems for Connected Services Team under the form of a comprehensive training plan.

Lead development of training modules for internal teams.

Provisioning Guide and application guide (digital twin creation and configuration)

Alarm playbook creation (how-to react in case of alarms)

Expert Network Management & Collaboration

Quality Improvement

Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective plans.

Provide structured feedback to LoB and engineering team.

Chillers (air/water-cooled)

Cooling control loops & instabilities

IT / Digital

IoT architecture & sensors

Sensor data flows

Cloud platforms

Data analytics

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Ability to travel as required.

Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field with 10-15 years of experience.
