Budget Planning Coordinator

Open Position: Budget and Controlling Manager To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a professional with solid experience in Budget Management and Controlling within digital and data-driven environments. The resource will be responsible for cost monitoring and for supporting the economic planning of initiatives in the digital domain, collaborating closely with operational and finance teams. Key Responsibilities - Manage the budget for digital and data-related initiatives - Continuously monitor costs, forecast, and budget vs actual variances - Produce regular reporting and variance analysis - Use ServiceNow for activity planning and tracking - Extract and validate actuals from SAP - Support project teams with accurate cost allocation and forecasting - Act as a point of contact with Finance and PMO for periodic alignment Required Skills & Experience - 4/5 years of experience in Controlling, Budgeting, or Cost Monitoring - Strong understanding of Budget Tracking, Cost Control, and Forecasting - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for planning and workflow management - Good knowledge of SAP for data extraction and reconciliation - Experience in Digital/data-driven environments - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Language Requirements - Italian: mandatory - English: mandatory - Spanish: a plus Soft Skills - High attention to detail - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Ability to work independently with tight deadlines - Excellent communication and coordination capabilities Work mode: based in Rome, office presence is required for 2-3 days per week.
