The resource, reporting directly to the Assembly Manager, will coordinate the assigned team in order to achieve the main production objectives set by management, in terms of quality, production volumes, productivity, and service level.

Interface with other departments (logistics, quality, production engineering) to meet production needs.

Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions.

Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines (preferably mechanical or industrial).

1–2 years of experience in Team Leader or similar roles, preferably in mechanical component assembly companies.

Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote work.

You will work in hybrid mode from our Breganze site.
