Destination Management Company specializzata nella creazione di viaggi di lusso personalizzati. Monitorare l'andamento dei servizi in tempo reale e intervenire in caso di imprevisti.
Supportare il reparto booking nella conferma e nella logistica dei servizi.
Verificare la qualità dei servizi erogati e contribuire al miglioramento continuo.
Collaborare con il team creativo per proporre soluzioni tailor-made e garantire un'esperienza memorabile.
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli operativi presso DMC, tour operator o agenzie di viaggio luxury.
Ottima conoscenza del territorio italiano e delle sue eccellenze turistiche.
Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato); altre lingue costituiscono un plus.
Precisione, problem solving, capacità di gestione dello stress e attenzione al dettaglio.
Familiarità con CRM, software gestionali e strumenti digitali.
Conoscenza di MS Word, Excel e PowerPoint.
