Social Media Launch Coordination : Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.
Community Engagement & Relationship Management :
Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement.
Identify opportunities for experts to refer other key individuals to the platform, supporting organic growth and quality referrals.

2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role, preferably within a tech or online platform environment

• Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies
• Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
• Ability to work in the office 3 days per week
