Il candidato ideale sarà il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti, offrendo un servizio di accoglienza di alta qualità e contribuendo a creare un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Accogliere ed effettuare le operazioni di check in all'arrivo degli ospiti e il check-out degli ospiti in modo efficiente e cortese.
- Gestire le prenotazioni, le richieste e le cancellazioni, sia telefonicamente che via email.
- Assistere nella gestione delle attività amministrative quotidiane tra cui il sistema di pagamento, emettere fatture e gestire eventuali discrepanze.
- Mantenere la reception e l'area lobby in ordine e ben presentate.
È preferibile un’esperienza pregressa come receptionist o in ruoli simili nel settore alberghiero.
- Conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (altre lingue saranno considerate un plus).
- Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali fornendo un servizio clienti eccellente.
- Gestione autonoma delle attività in un ambiente frenetico e dinamico garantendo alta professionalità.
- Conoscenza nell'uso di sistemi di prenotazione alberghiera o software simili.
