Systematika, part of SoftwareOne Italia, provides IT solutions and cloud services that help organizations optimize and secure their digital infrastructure. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with sales and global marketing teams to achieve measurable results.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate demand.

Manage digital presence, content creation, and marketing automation workflows.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

5+ years of experience in B2B or technology marketing.

• Expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), and CMS platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2) and Italian.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
