La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale, si occuperà di fornire assistenza e supporto in lingua inglese nelle fasi di acquisizione degli ordini e nel post-vendita.
Attività di Back Office e gestione documenti
Gestioni degli ordini, analisi ordini inseriti, monitoraggio date di consegna, comunicazioni al cliente
Assistenza tecnica clienti prima e post-vendita
Rapporti con agenti, clienti esteri e logistica
Gestione certificazioni prodotto
Gestione rapporti con spedizionieri internazionali
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo preferibilmente nel settore abbigliamento
Ottime capacità relazionali e sensibilità commerciale
Full-time Lun - Ven 8,30 - 13,00 e 14,00 - 17,30
Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione con scopo di assunzione.
