Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes with a focus on Italian and international cuisine
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP
Active participation in food preparation and plating
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Supporto al Sous Chef nel coordinamento e nell’organizzazione delle attività di cucina
Controllo della qualità e della presentazione dei piatti con focus sulla cucina italiana e internazionale
Responsabilità del rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie secondo lo standard HACCP
Partecipazione attiva nella preparazione e nell’impiattamento delle pietanze
Collaborazione con la brigata di cucina per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente e senza intoppi
Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie
You have completed vocational training as a chef
You have professional experience in upscale gastronomy
You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
