As an Enterprise Architect (EA) within our Solution Consulting team, you are the architectural backbone of the client evaluation process and sales cycles. You don't just explain software; you design the future state for global enterprises. Deep-Tech Specialization: Becoming a subject matter expert in global security or advanced application development (Workday Extend).
Strategic Consulting: Moving beyond the "how" to the "why," partnering with C-suite executives to define long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
Representing the company on the global stage through public speaking, industry conferences, and white papers.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep-rooted mastery of the Workday Platform Technology. Designing seamless ecosystems within complex IT landscapes.
Navigating the intricacies of global compliance and data protection.
Data and AI Architecture: Ensuring data integrity and scalability across the enterprise.
