Shift Operative Leader

As a Shift Operative Leader , reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management .
In particular, you will support the execution of the production , coordinating the line team in operational activitiesand ensuring the presence and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).
You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. Ensuring that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the Continuous Improvement initiatives .
You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of production processes and interpersonal and management skills.
Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.
As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to perform in our environment.
As a focal point in the production process, you will work on shifts .
