sales leadership —someone who can open a new market for the brand, build the sales engine from day one, and convert relationships into meaningful, measurable business through opening and beyond.

You will establish Baccarat’s sales presence in Rome and across key feeder markets, create the account strategy, set targets and cadence, and build the team, tools, and routines needed to drive performance. Marketing will support the sales plan, but success in this role is defined by

Proven success in senior hotel sales leadership (DOSM / Director of Sales / commercial leadership), within

Strong travel trade knowledge (consortia, luxury advisors, agency relationships) and ability to operate credibly across corporate and partnerships.

Structured operator: comfortable with targets, CRM hygiene, reporting, and sales cadence—balanced with strong relationship skills.
