Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates, conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit for real estate roles.
Talent Management : Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication to keep potential hires engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand specific team needs and job requirements, aligning recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to effectively position the company as an attractive employer in the real estate market.
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Candidates must reside in the Naples area or be willing to commute to our Naples office Monday through Friday.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the real estate sector, showcasing an understanding of industry dynamics and candidate expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating clear and open dialogue throughout the recruitment process.
Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined process and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
Goal-Oriented : Results-driven mindset focused on achieving recruitment targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent for the team.
Tech Savvy : Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance the recruitment process.
Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
