As a leader in this role, you will drive the success of an international team of skilled application engineers, combining technical expertise, hands-on management, and strategic decision-making to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
Lead a growing international team of motivated and experienced application engineers
Act as a hands-on manager as well by improving the quality of application reviews, taking part in technical design discussions, and acting as a tiebreaker when necessary
Keep engineers motivated by coaching and mentoring them to build and maintain a culture of collaboration within the team
Track and manage the second-level customer technical interface in close cooperation with our strong first-level community of Field Application Engineers and Software Application Engineers

A degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or a similar field of study

• 7 years or more of professional experience in the semiconductor industry , ideally with building microcontroller applications covering hardware and software aspects
• A great track record of shipping features and hitting deadlines consistently
• A sense of urgency and an aggressive mindset towards achieving results , combined with excellent prioritization skills
• Availability to travel from time to time
• Fluency in English
