IT Manager - Network

As an IT Manager at Amazon you will work alongside experienced motivated people who have a passion for improving technology. Our managers are proactive and work to make sure our IT infrastructure is the best it can be. Your work could include supporting your team as they improve operational processes with new hardware automate manual processes and question solutions to find the best option for the business. Youll also manage people and help create a dynamic and positive working environment.

Devise and manage projects including new technology deployments and internal programmes

Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure such as local site networks services and hardware

Support the team with a range of work including improvements to operational processes manual work automation and analysis of solutions

Deploy maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecyle

Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent

As an IT Manager youll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. Youll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers. Taking a data-driven approach youll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency and pilot different technologies to support these objectives.

Youll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams coordinate changes and technology launches and manage risks. A degree in Computer Science or another technical field

• Relevant experience in managing IT teams and projects
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
• Relevant experience working with networks IT infrastructure or system integration
