Supply Chain Sustainability Coordinator

As Supply Chain Methods Coordinator , you will join our Function Procurement , in the business line Corporate Staff , conducting the following activities:

Contribute to the definition, issuance and continuous updating of Procurement Standards and Procedures, ensuring alignment with evolving Procurement strategies, business needs and Group governance requirements.

Ensure proper dissemination across all Procurement Departments and provide methodological support and training to facilitate effective adoption

Be responsible for periodic monitoring of compliance with SOA / Law 262 requirements and the internal control system related to Procurement processes. Support Procurement Departments of Operating Companies in fulfilling such requirements in line with defined procedures, timelines and audit expectations.

Manage the issuance and maintenance of Standard Contracts and Contractual Templates, ensuring alignment with Procurement strategies, statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and training to Procurement teams on their correct application.

Perform procurement data analysis and reporting to support internal governance, management decision‑making and external stakeholders’ requirements.

Act as Corporate Procurement interface with Internal Audit, Legal, Finance and other Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment on procurement processes, controls, compliance requirements and remediation actions.

Execute data querying, data cleansing, analysis and forecasting activities using dedicated systems and tools.

Performing statistical data analysis including descriptive analytics, diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics or prescriptive analytics.

Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: engineering or economic.

Languages: At least B2 in English.

Microsoft Office, Procurement IT tools (SAP, SAP ARIBA, Data Warehouse) is a plus.

Permanent Contract.
