Marketing Lead - Multiple Myeloma

You will lead marketing for multiple myeloma in Italy. You will design and deliver clear, patient-centred brand strategies that improve care and access. You will work closely with commercial, medical, market access and global partners to turn insight into action. Lead development and execution of the multiple myeloma brand plan using customer and patient insights in Italy, aligned with global and Franchise priorities.

Translate market, clinical and access data into clear marketing priorities and tactical plans.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, market access, finance and global teams.

Localize global materials and manage omnichannel customer engagement activities.

We are seeking talent leaders with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

Master’s degree in life sciences, marketing or related field.

Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

Experience with brand planning, new launches and lifecycle management in highly specialty therapeutic area.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Direct experience in oncology or hematology marketing, ideally in multiple myeloma.

Experience with omnichannel marketing, innovation and digital customer engagement.

Knowledge of market access, pricing or reimbursement processes.

You put patients and healthcare professionals at the centre of decisions.
