Coordinate and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power distribution, etc.).
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
Assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Support the identification and analysis of opportunities to improve energy efficiency within business operations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of adopted energy efficiency measures.
Provide guidance to staff to ensure full understanding and compliance with ISO 50001 requirements.
Technical diploma with previous experience in large companies
Degree in mechanical/electrical/energy/civil engineering
Good command of AutoCAD 2D
Ability to organize, plan, and control
