Supporto HR Business Partner

HR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Amazon a great place to work. You’ll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions.

From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You’ll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you’ll be helping our colleagues grow. The team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. With the help of emerging technology, we’re always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range – delivered quickly and affordably.

The CF team are the first people in the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we’re known for. We’re based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon’s fast‑paced Operations network. Our centres are sometimes referred to as the ‘First Mile’ because it’s where most Amazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.

Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.

Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast‑paced and customer‑driven environment

Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions

Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Experience in a call centre, distribution centre, or manufacturing environment

Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250–500 or more associates
