BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a IT Support Specialist Dispatch On-site in Italy

Responsibilities ◾ Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
  • Assist users with technical incidents and service requests
  • Coordinate with remote support teams for escalations

Requirements-
  • Valid work permit in Italy
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in IT support / service desk roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Salary- Negotiable
