Act as the primary owner for operational issue resolution, leading firefighting, troubleshooting, and time‑critical recoveries to minimize customer and business impact.
Leverage data and operational tools, conducting daily deep dives on KPIs to detect risks early, resolve root causes, and drive fact‑based decision‑making.
