Project Control Manager

We are looking for an Apprentice for the Digital Industries Service Execution Business Unit who will be trained in 2 years as Finance Project Controller.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.
As an Apprentice Finance Project Controller some of your main activities will be:
Support in Finance Project Controlling activities (Finance Project-oriented activities, Project Review Meeting, Forecast, Order Entry/Invoicing, etc);
Support in Maintenance Contracts (Order Entry/Invoicing);
Support in SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Controlling activities;
Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics through project reporting and analysis as required;
Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances;
Monitor and work to improve project cash flow;
Monitor project account receivables;
Prepare detailed monthly project forecasts;
Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures;
Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future and supporting the digitalization.
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
You gained a finance internship experience
You are fresh graduate in Master’s degree in economics or Management Engineering;
You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English
Knowledge of office 365, SAP will be a plus
