Quality Engineer Plant

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and support an important customer. Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely effective and efficient quality resolutions

Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required

Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements

Develop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook

Improve quality performance of suppliers running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system

University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical electronics aeronautical chemical industrial processes

• 2 years thereof 1 years experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes procedures tooling equipment and facilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of probability statistical quality control and design of experiments
• Knowledge about quality management and value analysis
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexibility Ability to work under pressure initiative capacity of teamwork social and intercultural competency
• Technical and Quality Certifications are a plus
