About the Position:We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join the Public Affairs & Communication team, reporting to the Head of Global Internal Communications.

The Internal Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in strengthening employee engagement and enhancing internal storytelling by supporting Marelli's internal communications strategy with AI‐enabled tools, video content, and impactful internal events.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and the ability to engage a diverse global workforce. It focuses on execution, innovation, and content delivery, working closely with senior communicators, HR, and business stakeholders.

Internal Communication & Engagement - Support the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives aligned with Marelli's strategy, values and culture. Contribute to employee engagement campaigns, change communication, and internal storytelling initiatives. AI & Digital Communication Tools - Leverage AI‐based tools (e.g. content drafting, personalization, analytics, automation) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of internal communications. Experiment with new digital formats and channels to enhance reach, engagement, and measurement.

Video & Multimedia Content - Create and coordinate internal video content (scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming coordination, editing support). Ensure visual and editorial consistency with Marelli's internal communication guidelines.

Internal Events & Experiences - Support the organization and communication of internal events (town halls, leadership meetings, engagement initiatives, in‐presence or virtual events). Coordinate content, agendas, and communication materials before, during, and after events. Content & Channel Management - Draft, edit, and publish content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, digital platforms, internal social tools). Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and timing across all internal communication touchpoints. Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of content and channels. Partner with departments across Marelli to develop communication strategies that support change management initiatives and other corporate programs, advising on best practices and helping to ensure a unified corporate voice. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in internal communications to continually enhance Marelli's internal communications strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum Experience: 4‐5 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications strategies within a complex organization.

Certifications: Professional certifications in communications or public relations (such as Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) or similar) are beneficial but not required.

Exceptional English writing, editing, and oral communication skills.

Strong project management abilities, with experience leading cross‐functional initiatives.

Deep understanding of digital communications channels and content management systems. Proven experience with video content creation and multimedia storytelling. Practical interest or experience in using AI tools for communication purposes.

Creative thinking and problem‐solving skills.

Curious about innovation, digital trends, and new communication formats.

Experience in multinational or industrial/automotive environments.

Familiarity with internal communication platforms and analytics tools.

Experience in change management communications is highly desired.

Successfully implement internal communications initiatives that lead to a measurable increase in employee engagement and alignment with company goals.

Drive continuous improvement of internal communications channels, increasing reach and impact based on employee feedback and engagement metrics.
