We are looking for a proactive creative and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy Cesena).

In this role you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects coordinating internal or external resources. Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety quality and costs
Define factory and assembly line layout
Define production Standard Time
Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Management Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
Experience in assembly process
Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste Poka Yoka Value stream map SMED DMAIC process 6σ etc)
Experience in production standard time definition
Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
Italian and English fluency
