We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant - Categorie Protette art.68/99 who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic, international environment and provide high-level support to senior European executives.
A minimum B2 English level is required. In this role, you will support two senior executives with European responsibilities (Space Managing Director and Business Development Director), ensuring smooth operational coordination and acting as a trusted organisational partner. Managing complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling for two senior leaders.

Organising international and domestic travel arrangements, logistics, and documentation.

Preparing, proofreading, and coordinating documents, presentations, and sensitive communications.

Acting as the point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

ensuring timely distribution of materials.

Managing administrative tasks related to office organisation, internal processes, and executive support.

Providing ad-hoc support based on organisational needs, with flexibility when executives are travelling. Registration under Categorie Protette art.Proven experience in administration or executive assistance, office management or similar roles.

Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum); knowledge of an additional European language is considered an asset.

Strong digital and document-handling skills (MS Office and collaboration tools).

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hybrid in a secure and international environment (2 days onsite + flexibility to increase onsite presence based on organisational needs)
Travel: Approx. 3-4 short trips per year for European leadership meetings (not required to travel with executives on all their trips).
