Il Direttore Operations sarà il punto di riferimento per l’eccellenza operativa, coordinando più stabilimenti produttivi e ottimizzando processi per massimizzare efficienza, qualità e marginalità. Il Direttore Operations, rispondendo direttamente alla Direzione Generale, ha il compito di supervisionare le operations di tutti gli stabilimenti aziendali, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione, qualità e sicurezza. È responsabile dell’implementazione di metodologie lean manufacturing, della gestione del budget operativo e del coordinamento dei responsabili di stabilimento.
Regione Toscana, con coordinamento di 3 stabilimenti produttivi situati nelle province di Firenze, Prato e Pistoia.
Gestione Operations e Produzione:
Coordinare le operations di tutti gli stabilimenti produttivi
Definire piani di produzione e allocazione capacità produttiva
Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di output, qualità e costi
Standardizzare processi e best practice tra gli stabilimenti
Coordinare i responsabili di stabilimento e i capireparto
Definire piani di formazione e sviluppo delle competenze operative
Promuovere una cultura aziendale orientata alla qualità e all’eccellenza
Conoscenza approfondita di metodologie lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM
Competenza in pianificazione produzione e gestione supply chain
Conoscenza normative qualità (ISO 9001) e sicurezza (ISO 45001)
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o equivalente
Esperienza minima 10-15 anni in operations manufacturing, di cui almeno 5 in ruoli direzionali
Certificazioni lean/six sigma (green belt o black belt) preferenziali
Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti tra gli stabilimenti
Il pacchetto retributivo sarà di alto livello executive, commisurato alla seniority del ruolo, con bonus variabile legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di EBITDA, auto aziendale e benefit.
