Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant area
Responsible for instructing and supervising employees and trainees in the restaurant
Selling drinks and wine and making wine recommendations
Providing wine service
Providing competent advice to guests on the range of drinks and food on offer
Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
Excellent specialist knowledge and very good wine knowledge (national and international)
High service and quality orientation
Very good knowledge of German and Italian knowledge of English is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
