Job Title: SeniorSolution Architect – AI in Digital Health

As a Senior Solution Architect at the intersection of AI and healthcare, you’ll be tackling some of the most critical challenges in digital health today. You’ll design groundbreaking AI solutions that directly impact patient care, improving outcomes and revolutionizing how patients engage with their treatment. Role Overview

We are looking for a SeniorSolution Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions for our pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales & Advisory: Work with our consulting teams to identify client needs, present solutions, and support sales activities (RFPs, demos, workshops).

Solution Design: Architect AI systems (autonomous agents, patient engagement tools) and integrate them into pharma platforms (EHRs, CRMs, patient portals).

Implementation & Leadership: Oversee the design, build, and deployment of AI tools, collaborating with engineers to ensure successful delivery.

Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to pharma leaders, presenting technical solutions and ensuring alignment with client goals.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Architect or Consultant with AI experience, including 3+ years in generative agentic AI .
• 5+ years in healthcare or pharma, with experience in systems like EHRs or clinical workflows .
• Strong knowledge of AI architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience with healthcare standards such as HIPAA , GxP , and FHIR .
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and carry significant sales targets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and MLOps for AI systems.

Background in patient engagement tools or digital health solutions .

Expertise in clinical trials , pharmacovigilance , or patient support services .
