Stay informed on brand updates and best practices.
Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Understand store KPIs and take ownership of your impact on performance.
Support operational tasks that ensure smooth daily store operations.
Monitor after‑sales activity to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
Share feedback and knowledge to help the team grow.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventories as needed. Proven experience in retail, ideally in a performance‑focused environment
Strong sales mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets
Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to support client engagement and sales
Fluent in Italian and English (any other language is a plus)
Be an ambassador of the ALOHAS brand .
