What you’ll do****As a Management Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations, you will:*** Conduct operational diagnoses from site visits and data-analysis* Define actionable improvement plans working side‑by‑side with client teams on the shop floor and in the boardroom* Build models to quantify benefits and track value realization* Support implementation and set governance structures that ensure rapid decision‑making and accountability* Prepare executive‑level communications that turn complex analysis into clear, pragmatic recommendations**What you’ll need*** **Four to eight years** of experience, ideally a mix of consulting and industry within manufacturing/operations.* Proven exposure to one or more of: **manufacturing performance improvement (OEE, yield, throughput), footprint optimization (MFO/DFO), supply chain & logistics, sourcing & procurement, working‑capital**, and **digital operations/analytics**.* MBA or Master’s degree with a strong academic track record.
