Sales Development Representative - German Speaking
Location: Remote in Europe
At Nivoda, we are scaling at an unprecedented pace, and we need world-class talent to help us reach new heights. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) prospecting in the DACH region , you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships. This role is about laying the groundwork for success, and your efforts will directly impact Nivoda’s journey to 10-figure GMV.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to create strong, lasting relationships by effectively conveying the value of Nivoda’s platform. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German & proficient in English.
**Please note that all interviews throughout the recruitment process will be conducted in English.

The company's sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown to over 430 internationally. We are a global team who can always be trusted, driven to make big and bold moves to transform a traditional industry. Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You’ll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help.
Create a Memorable First Impression: You’ll be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.
Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, you’ll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. You'll be an integral part of the sales team’s success.
Data-Driven Approach: Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve.
Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. Lead Generation: Increase the number of qualified leads to keep the sales pipeline full and growing.

Fluent in German & proficient in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation.

Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market.
Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
