In order to boost the business growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – European Markets to support the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques and strengthen our presence within the European multi‑brand fashion landscape. The ideal candidate has a solid network in the industry and the ability to independently activate and develop high‑value partnerships.

A proven track record in developing relationships with luxury multi‑brand retailers across Europe;

The ability to build new connections and expand their network within the fashion industry;

Availability to travel when required;

Fluency in Italian and English , knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.

You will work closely with our Community Store and Merchandising teams to ensure consistency, quality and growth.

Map European markets , identify promising multi‑brand boutiques and assess their potential within the GIGLIO.COM ecosystem, building a structured development plan with a clear pipeline;

Support partner onboarding and monitor performance, proposing tailored initiatives and solutions with the Community Store and Merchandising teams to maximise both short‑ and long‑term results;

Compensation and contract type will be defined according to the candidate’s seniority.

Freelance collaborations will be considered alongside direct employment opportunities.
