On the EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team within AWS, our mission is to ensure the right capacity is available for customers through forecasting, planning, guidance and execution, especially for large unpredictable scaling events.
The EC2 CCX team is searching for a passionate, driven, and talented Technical Program Manager to own customer planning with the GenAI instance portfolio. This role serves as EC2’s primary point of contact for managing demand intake, organizing supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions, and ensuring infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments. You will drive key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineering to build new technologies that automate aspects of EC2 GenAI capacity planning.
From day one, you will have ownership and autonomy to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions, impact the customer experience and the business, and work with engineering, product management, supply chain, finance, and senior leaders at AWS.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
