We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C .
In this role, your mission will be to connect Product and Market—shaping clear narratives, validating opportunities through structured analysis, and supporting go-to-market initiatives to drive commercial impact and reinforce our brand positioning .

Develop high-quality commercial materials, maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall narrative.
Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to identify trends, benchmark positioning, and uncover opportunity areas.
Support go-to-market execution for new launches and special projects, preparing core messaging and enabling materials for internal teams.
Track key performance indicators and support impact reporting, contributing to the evaluation of product performance and marketing effectiveness.

Ideally, you are a Product Marketing professional with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills , comfortable operating in a dynamic and cross-functional environment and motivated to grow in scope and impact.
Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
Bring a pragmatic, data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization, using insights and evidence to focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
Show strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insights
Combine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narratives
Are fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken
You will work with a mix of product marketing, analytics, automation, and content tools. Prior experience with tools such as Typeform , HubSpot , GA4 , Microsoft Clarity , Canva , workflow automation platforms (e.g. Gemini ), and content production tools like is highly valued.
