National Account Manager (m/f)

The Key Account Manager, Italy will play a critical role in driving Beta Systems’ growth strategy in the Italian market. This position is responsible for existing and new business acquisition, account management, and revenue growth within enterprise client segments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a consultative sales approach, a proven record of success in enterprise software sales, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key decision makers at all organizational levels. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth and revenue objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to design customized client solutions
Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and contractual documents in collaboration with legal and technical teams
Track, forecast, and report sales metrics through CRM systems (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally within mainframe or infrastructure solutions
- Experience with IBM mainframe eco-systems (z/OS) can be an advantage
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, digital transformation, and automation technologies
- Ability to work both independently and through partner networks
Native Italian language and fluent English speaker essential
