HR SPECIALIST - IN STAGE

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for the Human Resources field! This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR operations. Designed to equip you with essential skills, this hands‑on experience will support the start of your career in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. As the first point of contact for employees on HR‑related matters, you will play a crucial role in our team.
Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as Talent Acquisition team, headhunters and eventually universities) to maintain a steady talent pipeline
Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR‑related issues Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company
HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
You should be a fast learner with a keen eye for details, capable of handling urgent and critical processes
Fluent in English and Italian
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
