You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Europe.Managing daily F&B operations across multiple outlets and banqueting venuesEnsuring the highest service and quality standards aligned with the hotel's brand valuesWorking closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menu concepts and dining experiencesMonitoring financial performance, cost control, and revenue targets to achieve departmental goalsLeading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to ensure a culture of excellence and teamworkCoordinating closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiencesOverseeing compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standardsManaging supplier relationships and supporting local sourcing initiativesAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel

Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or resortStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands‐on, guest‐focused approachProven track record in managing large teams and multiple outlets simultaneouslySolid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue managementExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation skillsFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Passion for luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
