Take the lead with La Squadra as SOUS CHEF in Berlin ???? (For our new opening in Berlin , we are looking for a talented Sous Chef who will become the leader and Chef of tomorrow.

Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.

Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders.

Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.

Train and support your team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.

Permanent contract / 42H per week / 2 consecutive days off per week
