As a Machine Learning Engineer at MotorK, you’ll be at the center of how data becomes product. You’ll architect, train, and deploy machine learning systems that power predictive maintenance, automated classification, and next‑gen marketing experiences for the automotive world.

You’ll shape strategy, own systems end‑to‑end, and see your work ship fast. Own the ML stack - from design and prototyping to deployment and optimization.

Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into real, shipped solutions.

Drive A/B testing and experimentation to quantify impact and continuously evolve our intelligence layer.

Lead by example: mentor, challenge, and level up the broader data science and engineering community.

Push boundaries with cutting‑edge ML, MLOps, and cloud‑first architectures — AWS, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or whatever tech gets the job done.

3+ years building and deploying machine learning systems in real‑world, product‑focused environments.

• Deep experience with Python, modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, XGBoost), and production pipelines.
• Proven experience shipping scalable models in production environments, ideally on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• A builder’s mindset - you move fast, experiment often, and don’t wait for perfect data.
• Ability to translate technical depth into business impact and influence strategy through data.
