Overview Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent w/ Relocation Bonus

Full-time. Language Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2.

The role involves providing technical support and assistance to social media advertisers, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The support is delivered through multiple channels including chat, email, and outbound phone calls, in both Italian and English.

You will be responsible for helping advertisers with post-sales assistance, troubleshooting, and improving their experience on the platforms.

Training and Employment This position offers comprehensive training for new employees, covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successfully completing the training, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team and offered a contract.

Work Schedule and Benefits The workplace is based in Lisbon, with rotating shifts, and follows Portuguese public holidays. xrdbqlu Employees are entitled to 22 days of holiday annually, and there are opportunities for contract renewal and a potential permanent contract after two years.
