HR ASSISTANT/PAYROLL

We are looking for a candidate to join the HR team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, providing support to the department’s daily activities.
Payroll: managing attendance, absences, holidays, leave, and sick days.
Training: supporting the planning and coordination of training programs and professional development activities.
Company fleet: supporting the management of the company car fleet.
Records management.
High school diploma or degree in Economics or related fields.

~ Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).
