Executive Assistant - CEO Office

The Annual Gross Salary will be defined during the offer stage based on seniority and expertise, supplemented by corporate welfare tools and role-related benefits.

Permanent Contract - Strategic and operational support role focused on the optimized management of the CEO’s professional and private activities. Activity aimed at ensuring organizational efficiency and seamless institutional relations within a high-profile international luxury context.

The Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for:

Executive Support: Full calendar management, appointment planning, and communication filtering. Travel & Logistics: End-to-end logistical management of domestic and international travel, including visas, transfers, and complex itineraries.

Management of communication flows and contacts with institutions, shareholders, and high-profile business partners.

Management of private life, personal administration (payments, filing), and coordination of household staff and family service providers.

A high-responsibility position with direct visibility into the decision-making dynamics of a leading luxury company.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles supporting C-Level executives (CEOs, Presidents) within structured organizations or the Luxury sector.

Languages: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
