As a Senior Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the product design process, shaping how users interact with the platform and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, translating complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions. This role offers the opportunity to set design standards, define workflows, and lay the foundation for product design practices across the organization. This is a hands-on, highly impactful position where your design decisions will directly influence customer experience and product success. You will also champion the use of AI tools and scalable design systems to maximize design efficiency and impact.

Design simple, intuitive, and high-quality UX and UI solutions for complex problems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Iterate on multiple design options based on stakeholder and user feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability post-release.

Champion AI-assisted design tools and processes to enhance prototyping and overall design efficiency.

5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions.

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders, balancing competing priorities effectively.
• Deep understanding of design best practices, usability principles, and industry standards.
• Expertise in user research, including gathering insights, testing, and iterating designs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and prototyping to increase efficiency and innovation.
