Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef bei der Organisation und Führung des Küchenteams
Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß HACCP
Preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes with a focus on Italian cuisine, complemented by international influences
Ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation of all meals
Close collaboration with the head chef in organizing and leading the kitchen team
Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
Training and supporting new team members

You have completed vocational training as a chef
You have several years of experience in gastronomy – ideally with a focus on Italian cuisine
You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
Hai completato una formazione professionale come cuoco/cuoca
Hai diversi anni di esperienza nella ristorazione – preferibilmente con specializzazione nella cucina italiana
Possiedi una conoscenza di almeno una delle seguenti lingue a livello B2: tedesco, inglese o italiano
