As Logistic Engineer you’ll be part of Logistics operational team in Varisco Product Company with the goal of correctly organizing and managing logistics projects with the aim of proposing and planning new solutions for continuous improvements.
It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial use. In 2016 Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with 150 years of history behind it.
Analyse and mapping logistics process to identify muda and continuous improvement initiatives
Support Logistic Team with training and sharing knowledge about new implementations
Collaborate with production to garantee the best flow and efficient material supply to production lines
Collaborate and contribute to projects and assigned project team, while driving some of them
Communicate and cooperate with all different departments and suppliers for the projects’ implementation
University Degree - Mechanical engineering or similar
Good knowledge about Office, particularly about Excel
Fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written
