Tech Product Manager

All’interno del team Digital and Technology – Product Enablement Italy, il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di coordinare l’implementazione, l’adozione e il supporto di una delle principali piattaforme strategiche globali, oltre che di altri strumenti digitali utilizzati in Italia e Austria. La posizione è trasversale e richiede la costruzione di solide relazioni con stakeholder locali e globali, includendo C-level, Customer Success Management team (CSM), Product & Data Management, Engineering, UX/UI e Operations.

Curare la relazione con gli stakeholder locali, in particolare i team Business e Research & Data Intelligence.
Condurre analisi di discovery su requisiti, nuove funzionalità e gap, producendo documentazione strutturata (business case, analisi funzionali) da condividere con i Product Manager.
Rappresentare Italia/Austria nei meeting ricorrenti di piattaforma con i colleghi della regione CE, monitorando avanzamento roadmap, rischi e criticità.
Garantire la delivery delle roadmap collaborando con Global Product Manager, CSM e team locali.
Effettuare attività di testing delle nuove funzionalità prima del rilascio in produzione.
Monitorare l’utilizzo delle piattaforme tramite analisi dei KPI.
Promuovere la cultura digitale all’interno dell’organizzazione, facilitando la condivisione di best practice.
Fornire formazione ai team locali sull’utilizzo degli strumenti in scope.
Laurea preferibilmente in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.

• Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione, in italiano e inglese.
• abilità nel semplificare concetti complessi per interlocutori non tecnici.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare.

Italy Product Manager for Global and Local Strategic Platforms
As part of the Digital and Technology – Product Enablement Italy team, this role is responsible for coordinating the implementation, adoption, and support of one of the main global strategic platforms and additional business tools across Italy (and, to a lesser extent, Austria).
The position is highly cross-functional and requires building strong partnerships with geographically distributed stakeholders, including C-level, Customer Success Management team (CSM), Product & Data Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and Operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, especially Business Teams and Research & Data Intelligence.
Lead discovery activities to assess requirements, new functionalities, and gaps, preparing documentation such as business cases and analysis reports for Product Managers.
Represent Italy/Austria in recurring platform and product meetings with CE teams, ensuring roadmap progress and proper risk & issue management.
Ensure roadmap delivery by collaborating with Global Product Managers, the CSM Team, and local teams.
Perform testing of new releases prior to production deployment.
Monitor platform adoption and performance through KPI analysis.
Support and promote internal digital culture initiatives, facilitating the sharing of best practices.
Provide training to local teams on the tools within scope.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
Passion for digital transformation. Willingness to travel.
