Software Testing Engineer - STAGE

Join Beko Europe’s R&D team to develop and test embedded firmware/software for next generation connected home appliances including dishwashers, washing machines, and ovens working alongside experienced engineers throughout the full product lifecycle

Design, develop, and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for home appliances
Write and execute manual and automated test cases for embedded software modules
Debug software and system-level issues using tools such as JTAG/JLink debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and serial logs
Participate in code reviews and contribute clean, well-documented code
Create realistic test scenarios that simulate real-world appliance usage
Collaborate with firmware, hardware, UI/UX, cloud, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Support integration testing of IoT-connected appliances (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter, etc.)

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of C/C++ programming (academic or personal projects accepted)
Familiarity with software testing concepts and debugging techniques
Previous internship or project experience in embedded software development or testing
Exposure to IoT ecosystems and connected devices
Hands-on experience with Git or any test automation framework
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and Jira
