As Product Developer your main contribution will be to develop high-end quality collections for designated product categories in close cooperation with design team and in line with company standards and business goals for quality cost sustainability and delivery. Follow development critical path from initial design through to pre-production
Source develop and buy materials and accessories and actively work to reach sustainability targets
Manage and track materials components and sample purchase orders while maintaining accurate data on pricing lead-times minimum quantity surcharges and special documentation)
Partner with quality team on quality testing and analysis of raw materials from prototyping to sampling stages
Make comments on the various proto stages and communicate to suppliers on day-to-day operations
Enter product data input in internal system PLM and maintain correct information on BOM and product level
Monitor and respect seasonal development budget

Specific personal qualities for this role:
Cooperative flexible and creative problem solver
Minimum 3 years experience in a product development role preferably from high-end fashion brands
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Italian
Highly proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel
Experience in PLM is meriting
Fluent in English
